New pictures of Dr Toriumi work.

I came across these new pictures of Dr Toriumi, and I really like the last picture in the page:

the only similar result to the last one I have seen was in Kiana's pictures, it seems like such a result are only doable for primary patients. What do you guys think, do you think you can get that result for secondary surgery too.

I think Dr Toriumi is starting to do smaller noses in general per his own wording in the new page he has added which is a good thing:)

that last result that you like (I agree, it's beautiful) is a secondary rhino. Says so on the picture.
